Skill Assessment & Trade Testing
Candidates undergo relevant technical, practical, or trade assessments to verify their skills, experience, and job readiness in line with the requirements of the selected position and destinations.
Employer Interview & Selection
Shortlisted candidates participate in employer interviews, either online or in person, based on the employer’s recruitment requirements. Successful candidates proceed with the employer’s job offer and employment terms.
Medical Fitness Examination
Selected candidates complete the required medical examination at an authorized medical center designated for the destination country. Medical clearance is obtained as required for employment and visa processing.
Work Permit & Employment Authorization
We coordinate the required employment documentation and work permit or relevant employment authorization process with the employer and the appropriate authorities in the destination country.
Document Attestation & Visa Processing
Required documents are prepared, verified, and attested through the relevant authorities where applicable. Visa applications, embassy formalities, and visa stamping or issuance are coordinated according to the destination country’s requirements.
BMET Clearance & Pre-Departure Preparation
Candidates complete the required Bangladesh-side emigration formalities, including BMET clearance where applicable, and receive pre-departure guidance covering travel, employment conditions, destination-country regulations, and essential documentation.
Flight, Departure & Overseas Arrival Support
We coordinate flight arrangements, travel documentation, airport assistance, and departure guidance, followed by overseas arrival, reception, destination transfer, accommodation coordination, and job-joining support where included in the service arrangement.
